Version 2 available

Following some entirely fair feedback about the pacing of the game compared to the mega drive version, there is now a version available where the speed increases three times as fast for each level progressed. I have left the original version up for those who prefer a more relaxing game!

I have also changed the name of the high scores file so that both Pillars and Oyup! can be played from the same .d64 image or indeed a real disk if desired.
