This is a small update to fix a few minor bugs. I do at some stage want to improve some of the enemy behaviours but that's for another day.

- Prevent fire becoming stuck on when using a joystick with auto-fire

- Prevent cassette motor from turning on after game has loaded

- Switch back to correct VIC bank when a kernel replacement cart (e.g. FC3) has not put it back after saving.
